Now a days every one does have an Email account.

You can easily create an EMAIL account by visiting the site for which you want to create an account for.

These are some of the names which offer you a free Email account :--

Google mail  ()

Yahoo mail (Yahoo.com)

And many more are available.

Nokia is a very big Mobile Device manufacturing company. Almost everyone does have a handset of Nokia.

Normally whenever a user wants to access his Email account, he visits the website of which he has an Email account. Like if a person has a google Email account ,then he would visit Gmail.com to access his Email’s inbox.

But it is not every time possible that a computer would be available to the user so that he can access his Email. So he can do that using the web browser of his Mobile. Almost every mobile handset have a

browser inbuilt.

To access Email’s Inbox through a mobiles browser would be a good option as Mobile devices are handy. But there is a procedure even faster than that.

And that is :---

To set up an Email account for your existing email accounts i.e. you can set your mobile phone to access your Email account even without opening your phones browser.Just as a message arrives at your Mobiles messages inbox, Emails would arrive at your new email’s Inbox in your mobile.

NOTE:--

The following features must be present on your handset:--

  • GPRS

  • Mailbox

The setting shown below is applicable to all devices.

The setting shown below is for “Nokia 5130-c2”.

Follow the following Steps to set up an Email account on your phone :--

  4. Go to “Edit mailboxes”.
  5. Go to “Option”.

  8. If you select "Use setup wizard" then you don't need to do step 6 shown below.
  9. (*) If you select "create manually" then you also have to do step 6 shown below.
Do the following :--
  1. Go to “mailbox name” and enter any name like “google”.
  2. Go to “Email address” and enter your email address like “nashit.mohammad@gmail.com”.
  3. Go to “Incoming server type” and select “IMAP4”.
  4. Go to “Login information” and then go to “IMAP4 user name” and enter your user name(nashit.mohammad@gmail.com) and then go to IMAP4 password and enter your Password(*********).
  5. Go to “download setting” and then go to “Retrieve mode” and select “whole E-mail” and then go to “Mailbox Update interval” and select anyone u like (I prefer you to select “4 hours”) and then go to “Automatic retrieval” and set it to “Yes”.
  6. (*) Go to “Incoming mail setting” and then set your “Incoming mail server” to “imap.gmail.com” and set your Port no to “143”.
  7. Go to “Outgoing mail setting” and then set your “Incoming mail server” to “smtp.gmail.com” and set your Port no to “25”.
