When a file is in use ,we cannot delete a file normally by "right click>delete".
Then the options available are:--
1. Stop the process which is using that file.
or
2. Follow the steps below.
How to delete a file (e.g. Autorun.inf File) forcefully and safely :--
1. Press "win + R" .

Go to the root directory |
4. Type "H:" and press enter.
Where H is your pen drives drive letter.
goto your pen drive |
delete autorun file forcefully |
Where H is your pen drives drive letter.
Your Pen Drives drive letter i.e. H |
Its now absolutely safe to open your usb portable drive (pen drive).
autorun.inf file deleted |
NOTE :--
If your pen drive contains Virus,then the virus may still be present in the pen drive but it wont be executed automatically unless you double click and open it. Do no t click on unknown executables present on the pen drive ,it might be a virus.

hi, i tried what u said for deleting autorun file but at lost i got msg like autorun being used by other progrom. at this situation how to stop autorun file
